From renovations to repairs
We plan larger construction and renovation projects, and still welcome smaller repairs. Each quote describes the work, materials and schedule.
Photos before invoices
Anything we find beyond the agreed scope gets photographed and sent to you for a yes before it becomes work or cost.

Construction and renovations are quoted by project. The rates below are for small repairs and maintenance.

FAQ
Common questions
How soon can you come?
Often within a few days, and urgent jobs are prioritised. We work seven days a week from 9am to 10pm, which means evenings and weekends are normal appointments here, not a surcharge.
Is there a minimum charge?
Small repair and maintenance visits have a $50 minimum. Construction, additions and renovations are quoted separately by project after we review the scope.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Photo estimates and on-site estimates are both free, with no obligation.
Are you insured?
Yes. CAD $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability coverage. Our updated policy covers eligible work on strata common property as well as residential work. Send the project address, photos and scope of work so we can confirm eligibility with our insurance broker before accepting the job. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. For a certificate issued for your strata corporation, send its full legal name, address and insurance requirements. We can coordinate any additional insured requirements with our broker, subject to confirmation.
